- Professional Experience
My past projects include high-level strategic and creative engagements with leaders from organizations ranging from not-for-profits to universities to public associations to multinational corporations.
I am a co-founder and organizer of Design with Dialogue, a Toronto-based monthly gathering of consultants, creatives, technologists and researchers focused on learning and advancing facilitation methods for organizational innovation.
I previously spent 4.5 years at design-thinking pioneer Bruce Mau Design, where I focused on the use of communications design as tool for organizational change and effective engagement, and led creative teams on identity, web, experience and strategy projects.
I have served on the event design and hosting team at leading edge systems-innovation events such as the ALIA Institute and Ashoka Forum.
I have taught or led workshops at Harvard Graduate School of Design, OCAD University, and University of Toronto's Knowledge Media Design Institute and School of Architecture, Landscape and Design.
